We are seeking a Legal Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist to play a key role in supporting and advancing the firm's knowledge management initiatives. This position will work closely with the Director of Legal KM, KM attorneys, Manager of Legal KM, KM support team members, and other stakeholders at the Firm to organize, maintain, and optimize the firm's knowledge resources while ensuring efficient access and utilization across the organization. The Specialist will also be responsible for planning and delivering training—including on Generative AI tools—developing and executing communications strategies, and providing comprehensive support for legal knowledge management solutions.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
Boston: $70,500 - $107,550
New York City: $73,900 - $112,650
