Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and patience
- Provide accurate answers, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on legal service offerings
- Document customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams and follow through until resolution
- Maintain respectful, professional behavior with irate or frustrated customers
- Be available for occasional overtime or weekend shifts as needed
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
