Responsibilities
- Influence component design early to improve producibility, cost and reliability
- Stand up and lead a new component development and assembly area for Neutron fluid hardware
- Oversee introduction of new products and product revisions into production
- Lead problem containment, root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing discrepancies
- Collaborate with quality, supply chain and design engineering to resolve complex production issues
- Develop and implement production, quality, ERP, data collection and analysis processes
- Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean/Six Sigma methods
- Support assembly, functional checkout and qualification testing of fluid components
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace engineering or similar
