Skills
- Currently enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience (internship, lab, or team project)
- Ability to work full-time onsite for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks (Feb/Mar 2026 start)
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, lead tasks with minimal supervision, and collaborate across teams
- Compliance with ITAR/work authorization requirements for U.S. positions (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required authorizations)
Responsibilities
- Support the Program Management Team on production layout transformation projects
- Assist project teams in planning, tracking, and executing tooling modernization work
- Apply engineering concepts to solve practical manufacturing and process challenges
- Provide regular progress updates during 1:1s with mentors and supervisors
- Document project deliverables, technical notes and lessons learned
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to help deliver project milestones
- Participate in tech talks, intern events and networking opportunities
Education
- Enrolled in an associates, bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate program in engineering, physics, or math
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
