Skills
- Fluent media math (impressions, CPMs, budgets, pacing, delivery logic)
- Strong SQL, Excel, and BI tool proficiency (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystems (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers)
- Experience with DOOH and CTV monetization and inventory dynamics
- Familiarity troubleshooting transparency standards (ads.txt, sellers.json, s-chain)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Operational mindset with continuous-improvement and bias-for-action
Responsibilities
- Own yield analysis across Rockbot’s media inventory, balancing fill rate, CPM, and partner goals
- Analyze impression delivery, pacing, and budget utilization across programmatic and direct campaigns and supply channels
- Develop and maintain dashboards that surface revenue trends, anomalies, and monetization opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve ad server logic, targeting, and delivery efficiency
- Audit and refine transparency files (ads.txt, sellers.json, s-chain) to ensure compliance and monetization integrity
- Support pricing strategy, packaging, and forecasting for new product launches
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across campaign setup, reporting, and billing workflows
- Support trafficking and campaign setups for advertising and retail media
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business field or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications or coursework in analytics, ad tech, or data visualization are a plus
