Skills
- 7-10 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar in software delivery.
- Experience with complex digital products spanning mobile, backend, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery practices and product ownership responsibilities.
- Technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams without needing to code.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Figma.
- Knowledge of Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, SQL Server, Oracle, and API-driven systems.
- Experience working with integrations (enterprise tools, geofencing, signing services) and AI-enabled features.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog: define, prioritize, and align work with business objectives.
- Translate stakeholder and client needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Balance near-term delivery priorities with long-term product scalability and maintainability.
- Coordinate with engineers (iOS, Android, .NET, Node.js, frontend), architects, and designers to clarify requirements and ensure architectural alignment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives) and support roadmap and release planning.
- Maintain visibility into scope, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs and communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders.
- Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and business intent; drive quality and continuous improvement.
- Support integration and platform awareness for mobile/web apps, backend services, SQL Server/Oracle databases, and Azure-based infrastructure.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant product or agile certifications preferred (e.g., CSPO, PSM).
