Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and maintain endpoint management infrastructure focusing on macOS.
- Develop and support management tools for platforms including ChromeOS, Windows, and mobile devices.
- Lead design and implementation of new tools based on internal requirements.
- Automate device and account lifecycle management processes.
- Serve as an escalation point for Corporate Engineering teams regarding CPE tooling issues.
- Conduct code reviews, write documentation, and promote engineering best practices.
