Skills
- 5+ years building and launching platform or product features
- Proven experience defining and shipping AI-powered products
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms and A/B testing for ML systems
- Experience with fine-tuning and ML optimization techniques
- Exposure to LLMs, recommender systems, NLP, or reinforcement learning
- Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enhanced investing products
- Collaborate with engineering, research, design, and analytics to deliver AI experiences
- Integrate AI technologies into existing and new investment products thoughtfully and safely
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative learning for ML-backed features
- Lead product launches and measure impact on customer decision-making and engagement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) is a plus but not required
- Relevant product management or technical certifications are a plus
