Early Talent Program Manager

Robinhood is a consumer fintech on a mission to democratize finance and is building high-impact teams using frontier technologies. The Early Talent Program Manager will own execution of internship and new-grad programs, lead non-technical intern recruiting and conversion processes, coordinate campus and recruiting events, and build scalable workflows to attract, develop, and retain early-career talent.

Skills

  • Experience managing early talent or university programs (2–4 years)
  • Full-cycle recruiting knowledge and candidate sourcing for non-technical roles
  • Event planning and large-scale program execution
  • Strong organizational and operational capabilities to manage multiple concurrent programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of the Summer Internship Program, including onboarding, speaker series, manager training, and intern events
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Customer Experience non-technical intern roles and design conversion processes for tech and non-tech interns
  • Support APM and New Grad program activities and ongoing engagement
  • Plan and host campus activations, open houses, and major recruiting events to attract early-career talent
  • Run engagement strategies for accepted interns and new grads (Slack communities, email journeys, resource hubs)
  • Coordinate cross-functionally for program logistics, virtual events, and office-specific experiences across multiple cities
  • Track program metrics, build scalable processes, and continuously improve candidate and manager experiences

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant coursework or training in HR, talent acquisition, communications, or program management is a plus
