Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of the Summer Internship Program, including onboarding, speaker series, manager training, and intern events
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Customer Experience non-technical intern roles and design conversion processes for tech and non-tech interns
- Support APM and New Grad program activities and ongoing engagement
- Plan and host campus activations, open houses, and major recruiting events to attract early-career talent
- Run engagement strategies for accepted interns and new grads (Slack communities, email journeys, resource hubs)
- Coordinate cross-functionally for program logistics, virtual events, and office-specific experiences across multiple cities
- Track program metrics, build scalable processes, and continuously improve candidate and manager experiences
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant coursework or training in HR, talent acquisition, communications, or program management is a plus
