Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Credit Card product and related support processes
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex cardholder inquiries via text, email, and other channels
- Escalate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product bugs, disputes, or policy issues
- Document case outcomes and identify trends that may indicate product or process improvements
- Maintain a high standard of customer empathy and clear written communication in every interaction
- Adapt to evolving processes and contribute feedback to improve support workflows
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree (BA/BS) preferred but not required
