CX Agent, Money

Robinhood’s Money Customer Ops team provides front-line support for the Credit Card product, acting as the voice of the customer and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve complex inquiries. The team is seeking an empathetic, detail-oriented CX Agent with strong troubleshooting and written communication skills to handle escalated cardholder issues from in-office locations in Chicago, Denver, and Westlake.

Skills

  • Strong written communication and customer empathy
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving under ambiguous conditions
  • Experience with text or email support channels (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other CRMs (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of financial products or payments (plus)
  • Attention to detail and trend-spotting to detect product issues

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Credit Card product and related support processes
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex cardholder inquiries via text, email, and other channels
  • Escalate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product bugs, disputes, or policy issues
  • Document case outcomes and identify trends that may indicate product or process improvements
  • Maintain a high standard of customer empathy and clear written communication in every interaction
  • Adapt to evolving processes and contribute feedback to improve support workflows

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College degree (BA/BS) preferred but not required
