Senior Product Marketer

Rithum is a leading commerce network that enables brands, suppliers, and retailers to create seamless e-commerce experiences across channels. The Senior Product Marketer will act as the voice of the buyer for Rithum’s Brands and Retailer Marketing Solutions, owning positioning, messaging, product launches, market analysis, and enablement to drive growth and improved client outcomes.

Skills

  • 3+ years in product marketing, product management, or related roles with SaaS/ecommerce experience
  • Strong positioning, messaging, and differentiation skills from the buyer’s perspective
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven experience partnering with sales to drive pipeline and win rates
  • Project management skills to own and execute cross-functional launches
  • Ability to distill complex technical topics into clear value propositions
  • Familiarity with ecommerce, retail tech, data integration, or retail media

Responsibilities

  • Define positioning, go-to-market messaging, and launch plans for Brands or Retailer platforms to unlock value for buyers and support growth goals.
  • Develop competitive differentiation and distribute assets internally and externally, including win/loss analysis.
  • Conduct market opportunity analysis: segmentation, trends, buyer personas, and competitive landscape.
  • Co-develop and manage cross-functional product launch plans with product, sales, marketing, revenue, and client success.
  • Create marketing and sales collateral: presentations, pitch decks, product data sheets, web copy, webinars, blogs, and social content.
  • Maintain internal sales tools for differentiators, objection handling, and positioning strategies.
  • Support growth marketing by delivering product content and participating in demand-generation activities.
  • Lead enablement efforts by sharing market and competitive insights and running regular training sessions.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in product marketing or digital marketing a plus
