Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack product design across multiple teams in client engagements
- Partner with customer design leaders to transform design culture and practices
- Contribute to design consistency across software portfolios and project intake strategy
- Scale research operations and evaluate user experience ecosystems
- Coach and mentor designers, create onboarding programs, and cultivate a thriving design community
Education
- Minimum 10+ years experience in product design, UX, or related fields
- Experience managing design teams and working with clients in consulting roles
