Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategy for AI-powered internal solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Identify and prioritize key AI use cases across all job functions
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to design scalable AI solutions
- Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with existing platforms to maximize adoption and impact
- Evangelize AI tooling internally to promote awareness and use
- Stay current with AI advancements and evaluate emerging technologies
- Measure success through KPIs and iterate on solutions based on data and feedback
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
