About the Role
We’re seeking a Growth Manager, AI Platforms, to accelerate Rho’s visibility and customer acquisition across traditional and emerging search platforms. This role blends the rigor of organic SEO with the creativity of growth marketing, leveraging organic search, AI-driven discovery engines, and affiliate programs to drive meaningful business outcomes.
You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, product, and content to ensure Rho shows up in the right places with the right message, whether it’s on Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or the next generation of AI search.
Lead AI Discovery: Create and execute strategies to maximize Rho’s visibility on AI-driven platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Llama).
Lead Organic SEO: Build, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, programmatic, and editorial domains to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
Lead Affiliate Marketing: Oversee and optimize affiliate programs as a driver of acquisition, brand reach, and visibility.
Experiment & innovate: Identify emerging opportunities in search and AI behavior, test bold strategies, and scale what works.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with content, product, and design to align messaging, creative, and technical optimization for growth.
Measure & report impact: Track performance across search and AI platforms, translate insights into recommendations, and regularly communicate growth impact to leadership.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in growth, SEO, performance marketing, or other technical marketing disciplines.
Knowledge of AI search platforms and how they differ from traditional search engines.
Track record of building high-performing growth playbooks.
Deep understanding of organic search principles, tools, and tactics.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Comfort balancing analytical rigor with creative marketing instincts.
Comfortable in a high-velocity startup environment.
Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.
