Responsibilities
- Greet patients and create a welcoming clinic atmosphere
- Schedule new referrals received by fax and telephone
- Verify patient insurance coverage
- Collect patient payments at time of service and manage deposits
- Convert referrals into evaluations and manage patient visits
- Manage the clinic schedule and document routing
- Monitor inventory and maintain an orderly front office workspace
- Make welcome calls and support arrival rate through excellent customer service
- Attend required trainings and complete quarterly compliance training
- Support non-clinical documentation, reporting, and caseload tracking
