Patient Service Representative - Internal Medicine - Clifton

Overview

We Are Looking for a Patient Service Representative to Join our Internal Medicine Team in Clifton!

Work Location - 102 Commerce Dr. Clifton, IL

Work Schedule - Monday-Friday for an 8-hour schedule between 7:15-3:45 or 8:30-close. No weekends or holidays

Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments.  Responsible for appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.               High School diploma or equivalent required.

2.               Minimum of one year experience in customer service.

3.               Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.

4.               Current BLS certificate.
