Join Resultant as a Technical Support Specialist, providing exceptional support during overnight shifts to help clients overcome their tech challenges while working in a dynamic remote environment.
Responsibilities: Deliver top-notch technical support, maintain customer documentation, prepare hardware, escalate issues as necessary, and collaborate with team members to meet client needs.
Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, knowledge in Active Directory, networking, desktop support, and proficiency in applications like Office 365 and SharePoint.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in Desktop Support or related roles, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Location: Remote position available in any U.S. time zone; must work required overnight shifts from 11:00 pm - 8:00 am ET.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $45,000 - $60,000.
