Replit is seeking a strong Web Designer to join the growing Design team. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered web experiences that drive engagement and conversion. You'll work closely with our brand, marketing, sales and design teams to translate complex problems into elegant, functional designs that delight our users.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for our web platform, from initial concept to final implementation
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
Own end to end web page creation for all of Replit marketing surfaces
Develop and ship to Sanity to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
Iterate quickly based on team needs - marketing, sales, brand etc.
Optimize conversion funnels and key user journeys
Collaborate with marketing and the creative brand team on landing pages, campaigns, and growth initiatives
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
Required Qualifications
2+ years of web design experience, preferably in startup or tech environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating web design expertise, graphics and motion graphics
Understanding of HTML/CSS, Javascript and technical constraints
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for SaaS products
Background in front-end development or prototyping tools
Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design
Previous startup experience and comfort with ambiguity
