Grammarly is seeking a Senior Content Designer to enhance user engagement and content strategies for their Activation and Acquisition team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to shape the user experience from first impression to onboarding.
Responsibilities: Redefine messaging for AI capabilities, collaborate across teams to present features, optimize user engagement through A/B testing, and drive growth opportunities based on user insights.
Skills: 5+ years in content design, excellent writing and editing skills, familiarity with Figma, and a strong understanding of user engagement strategies.
Qualifications: Experience with subscription models is a plus; should demonstrate independence, adaptability, and effective collaboration in fast-paced environments.
Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, with flexibility to work remotely on a dynamic model.
Compensation: $200000 - $275000 / Annually

Your designs, strategy, and content decisions will focus on our users’ very first impression of Grammarly – from communicating user value on our webpages, to helping users decide to sign up, to the way they first onboard and try the product. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with millions of customers and enhance their confidence and the quality of their written expression. Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.

Zone 1: $200,000 – $275,000/year (USD)
