- Proven product management experience owning end-to-end product delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
- Data-driven decision making; familiarity with SQL or Metabase
- Excellent communication and ability to work asynchronously
- Understanding of HR technology, people ops, or employment compliance (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for the Employee Lifecycle domain
- Ship iterative features that improve key metrics for probation, job changes, amendments, resignations, and terminations
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, GTM, Operations, Legal, and Support through ideation to launch
- Engage internal and external stakeholders and users to gather feedback and validate solutions
- Use data and analytics to set goals, measure impact, and inform prioritization
- Act as subject matter expert on employee lifecycle processes and compliance requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree or certifications in product, business, HR, or related fields are a plus
