About the Role:

Are you passionate about Privacy and Technical Program Management? We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the Privacy team's efforts to create scalable privacy capabilities for Remitly.

You will lead roadmap creation for Privacy efforts across the company and then ensure the delivery of roadmap accountabilities using frameworks and tooling that you will help shape.

You have technical project management experience, with a focus on working across and influencing teams to achieve Privacy related outcomes. You will report to our Global Privacy Director and work with our globally dispersed team to deliver outcomes.

You Will:

• Lead Privacy technical projects, ensuring successful tool integration and completion of work within scope/schedule constraints.This includes schedule management, change management, trade-off negotiation, dependency management, and risk management.
• Lead company-wide Privacy efforts - specifically focused on consent management, access and deletion request management, and compliance.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of our privacy control framework, delivering compliant outcomes.
• Establish credibility and maintain relationships with partner teams (Legal and Audit).

You Have:

• (5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, from planning through delivery.
• Experience using Project Management tools (Jira, etc.)
• Experience integrating 3rd party SaaS solutions in a production environment.
• Experience with data analysis, metrics development, and building dashboards.
• Familiarity with Privacy regulations and best practices.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $176,000-$220,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
