  • Support training and documentation efforts to promote successful system adoption.
  • Contribute to documentation required for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Gather post-implementation feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Help develop and refine best practices and templates for business analysis.
  • Post full ARC implementation, responsibilities will include supporting Vertical and Product Management with new product and/or product enhancement projects, as well as ARC enhancements.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS, BA, BBA) or equivalent experience required; a concentration in Risk Management, Business, Marketing, Management, or Information Technology is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Information Technology.
  • 3–5+ years of experience within the LNRS Insurance business unit, with a solid knowledge of products, business processes, MBS billing and fulfillment (including rates, QTP/Rebates, report codes, add-on codes, and function names), and customer contracts.
