Responsibilities
- Work with responsible engineers to ensure processes are effective and update content to reflect actual progress
- Create automations in Jira and Python to streamline existing workflows
- Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to capture and maintain accurate design scope in engineering tools
- Communicate program and design status to leadership and stakeholders
- Propose, prototype, implement, and roll out processes, tools, and automations to improve design and test collaboration
- Support design teams with process, tooling, and analysis on a weekly basis
- Manage documentation and clearly communicate actions, recommendations, and decisions
- Drive projects to completion and resolve ambiguity across multiple stakeholders
Education
- Undergraduate degree (BS) in engineering or related field required
- Graduate degree (MS/PhD) in engineering or related field is a plus
