Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the systems engineering tools and methodology roadmap across disciplines
- Design, prototype, and implement processes, tools, and automation to improve design and test collaboration
- Manage vehicle design and development processes from concept through launch readiness
- Provide systems-level engineering expertise to resolve technical issues and drive decisions
- Support Verification & Validation, requirements management, and configuration control activities
- Collaborate with IT and DevOps to integrate workflows, automation, and documentation systems
- Document and communicate recommendations, decisions, and progress to stakeholders
Education
- Undergraduate degree in engineering or related field (required)
- Graduate degree (MS/PhD) in engineering or related field (preferred)
