Responsibilities
- Define and drive the Systems Engineering tools and methodology roadmap across disciplines
- Design, implement, and refine engineering processes to enable efficient product-focused development
- Prototype and deploy tools and automation to improve design, test, and collaboration workflows
- Manage vehicle design and development processes end-to-end, aligning stakeholders and tracking progress
- Provide systems-level engineering expertise to diagnose and solve technical problems across subsystems
- Coordinate with IT and DevOps to integrate workflows, tooling, and automation (e.g., Jira integrations)
- Maintain clear documentation, communicate decisions and rationales, and support verification activities
- Support test campaigns, integration events, and launch operations as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (required)
- Master’s or PhD in engineering or related field (preferred)
