Responsibilities
- Own and drive implementation of LP-DED additive for Aeon-R engine hardware, from first prints to production
- Develop, validate, and optimize LP-DED operations, processes, and the work center to enable reliable at-rate production
- Define and deploy process controls, standard work, and documentation that scale with production demand
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause investigations for first-time and recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Support training and enablement of production teams to ensure long-term operational ownership
- Author and maintain work instructions, process procedures, and production documentation
- Interface with design engineering, manufacturing, and production personnel to iterate hardware and processes
- Drive projects and process scaling in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
Education
- Bachelor of Science in aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent
