don’t sleep on contract jobs or internships!
Try volunteering for nonprofits that use Salesforce or other CRMs. Some will let you help clean or structure their databases.
I started in QA testing while getting my database cert. Boring at times but I learned so much just watching how systems break and how data gets passed around.
have you tried pairing your degree with a cert like Oracle Certified Associate (OCA)? that + your GPA could help you land an entry-level data job, even without experience.
Try looking for database support or junior data analyst roles. Even helpdesk jobs in IT departments sometimes give you access to backend systems
