3 yrs is a long time. Different manager = clean slate.
i’ve rehired ppl who quit/fired before. turnover kills. managers just want a warm body who shows up
as long as you’re not walking in like “remember when u fired me??” you’re fine
Just don’t bring it up unless they do. 3 years is forever ago in retail.
lol they’re so desperate for people rn they’d prob hire a raccoon if it could stock shelves
They prob won’t care. Overnight shifts are hard to fill, they’re not gonna turn away someone who’s willing to do it.

totally different store/state, but they’ll probably still see I only worked there 2 months. my roommate worked at this exact location before (multiple times!) and says they likely won’t care, especially since the role’s hard to fill (overnights, low pay).
backstory: i was fired 3 yrs ago for calling out my GM (who ignored me after I was in the hospital & gave away my shift). i made a dumb Facebook post about it and then fired.
i’m not planning to bring it up unless they ask, but idk what to say if it does come up. advice?
