Remote work losing momentum

i think hybrid will survive, but pure remote’s def losing ground rn

makes me wonder if full remote will be rare in a few yrs, or if this is just a temporary swing.

saw 3 ppl on my Insta post about this last week, all different industries

Ugh… It’s like they forgot remote actually worked this whole time.

Companies are just using culture as an excuse to fill those expensive leases again 🙄
