Looking for Youtube Channel Manager

Hey All - I record, edit, upload, and distribute my own Youtube Podcast and at the point where I have a system in place to hire someone part-time to take over these responsibilities.

Ideally, I'd want someone that has used Riverside.fm so we can keep everything contained in a single platform.

I'm thinking 10 hours a week to edit the current catalog of 12-15 videos and then moving on to the entire lifecycle of the role - editing, publish, manage distribution.

What's the average hourly rate for someone to manage this?
