Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to build, lead, and scale our paid acquisition engine. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, owning the systems and processes that drive efficient customer acquisition and long-term value.
You’ll work closely with Product to strengthen onboarding and activation, ensuring every dollar spent on acquisition turns into engaged, retained customers. As the function matures, you’ll hire and lead a team to expand into additional growth channels and accelerate results across the funnel. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for delivering measurable, sustainable growth with a laser focus on ROI, ROAS, and CPA efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Immediate Impact
Stand up and operationalize the paid acquisition function:
Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across key channels
Establish reporting frameworks and performance dashboards
Test channels, creative, and audiences to validate ROI
Build repeatable systems that support predictable growth
Phase 2: Scaling & Team Building
Once the foundation is in place:
Recruit and lead a high-performing growth team
Layer in new growth channels and expand acquisition scope
Partner cross-functionally to deepen impact on onboarding and LTV
Scale processes to improve conversion, efficiency, and lifetime value
Qualifications:
Experience: 8–10+ years in growth marketing, with deep experience in paid acquisition; minimum 3 years managing and scaling teams.
Expertise: Demonstrated success growing digital acquisition programs across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, and emerging channels.
Builder Mentality: Comfortable creating systems from the ground up in fast-moving “zero-to-one” environments.
Leadership: Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead teams through rapid growth.
Analytical Mindset: Strong command of analytics tools and the ability to translate insights into strategy and execution.
Collaboration: Track record of working effectively with Product, Design, and Data teams to align marketing with customer experience.
Results-Driven: Focused on execution, efficiency, and achieving measurable improvements in CPA, LTV, and overall growth metrics.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 - $200,000 plus variable compensation, equity and benefits. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
