Senior Director, FP&A

Raptor Technologies is a mission-driven provider of school safety SaaS used across thousands of K-12 districts worldwide. The Senior Director, FP&A will be a strategic finance leader responsible for building and scaling analytics, reporting, and systems infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making across a subscription-based business, including revenue, bookings, ARR/MRR, acquisition integration, and automated KPI reporting.

Skills

  • Deep expertise in SaaS financial metrics (ARR/MRR, bookings, churn, retention)
  • Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis experience
  • Proven experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights
  • Strong BI and reporting experience (Tableau, Power BI or equivalent)
  • Experience designing and implementing data integrations and normalization
  • Comfort working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
  • Track record building scalable FP&A processes and automation

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and scale financial and operational reporting, dashboards, and investor/bank packages
  • Build automated daily and monthly dashboards to surface top-line performance and key operational KPIs
  • Develop and maintain enterprise financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-term planning
  • Analyze revenue drivers, customer behavior, retention, and operational efficiency to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead systems design, data normalization, and integrations across NetSuite, Adaptive Insights and BI platforms
  • Own acquisition integration activities including historic data normalization, GL mapping and customer/system consolidation
  • Prepare ad-hoc and board-level analysis and present insights to senior leadership
  • Champion data quality, centralized data repositories, and scalable FP&A processes

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field (required)
  • MBA, CPA, or advanced degree preferred
