We’re hiring a Content & Communications Manager to lead Rainforest’s voice across social, owned, and earned channels. This role blends strategic communications, creative storytelling, and hands-on content creation and we are looking for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and technology.
This is a high impact role where you’ll partner directly with Founders & Senior Leaders, both internal and external, to shape how Rainforest shows up online and builds a strong, credible presence in the payments and vertical software ecosystems.
Managing Rainforest’s LinkedIn profile, and expanding our presence to other channels (e.g. X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with a consistent, insight-driven presence.
Turning founder ideas into high-performing social content, essays, and threads that deepen thought leadership.
Leading production for our weekly payments newsletter and Payments Strategy Show podcast — including outlines, prep materials, and guest coordination.
Drafting updates that keep investors, partners, and key stakeholders aligned and excited about Rainforest’s growth.
Crafting materials that elevate Rainforest’s voice around events and key recruiting initiatives.
Driving outreach for speaking opportunities, event panels, and award submissions; building relationships with key industry media.
Creating partner marketing assets that leverage Rainforest's core messaging to drive referrals from investors, consultants, and technology partners.Continuously experimenting with tools and workflows to scale Rainforest’s GTM motion.
4+ years of experience in content marketing — ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
Knowledge in how to turn complex technical ideas into crisp, compelling stories.
A proven track record of growing brand reach and organic impressions across social channels and deeply understand the connection between content and performance.
Comfortable being both the strategist and executor; creating content yourself while setting direction.
Excellent judgment for tone, timing, and messaging
