Director of Marketing

Woven Care is a rapidly growing, clinician-led provider of multidisciplinary pediatric therapy services based in Colorado, expanding from 14 to 40 clinics. The Director of Marketing will build the brand story, identity, and high-touch referral systems while also delivering scalable digital demand-generation and operational processes to support multi-site growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and champion Woven’s brand voice, story, visual identity, and value proposition for families, clinicians, and partners
  • Create taste-forward content, campaigns, and brand assets that foster emotional connection and trust
  • Design and operate a referral growth engine for pediatricians, schools, and community partners
  • Partner with regional and clinic leaders to execute local referral and community programs
  • Build and optimize digital channels: local SEO, Google Ads, paid media, and reputation management
  • Develop repeatable clinic-launch playbooks to accelerate ramp and pre-open awareness
  • Establish dashboards and KPIs (cost per evaluation, referral mix, conversion, ramp curves)
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture; scale proven channels and maintain brand equity
  • Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team for multi-site operations
  • Design systems, infrastructure, and processes to support 40+ locations with operational rigor

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, M.S.) preferred but not required
