- Strong knowledge of ADKAR methodology and Prosci certification preferred
- Excellent communication, active listening, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships across organizational levels
- Skilled in workshop facilitation and organizational change design
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
- Familiarity with project management lifecycle and tools
Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ current state and change needs and define project goals with stakeholders
- Design and implement change management solutions including communications, training, and governance
- Lead and facilitate change management workshops and user adoption activities
- Partner with project teams to integrate Organizational Change Management into project delivery
- Coach sponsors, managers, and employees on change management adoption
- Conduct resistance assessment and develop governance and process documentation
- Develop early adopter and champions programs to foster engagement
- Manage change management workstreams and lead small OCM teams when needed
