Responsibilities
- Assess client current state and change management needs
- Conduct change management assessments and identify stakeholders
- Collaborate with sponsors and project teams to define goals and success criteria
- Design and implement change management communications, training, and governance
- Lead change management workshops and facilitate adoption of Microsoft tools
- Develop sponsorship and coaching programs
- Manage resistance and organizational development activities
- Support large project change management efforts and milestones
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- PROSCI certification strongly preferred
