This is a high-impact senior role at the intersection of technology and the built environment. You will lead large-scale, multidisciplinary telecom projects from inception through completion, working with leading architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage complex technology systems design projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of telecom and related systems.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop design parameters, specifications, and coordinated construction documents.
• Oversee project phases from programming to construction closeout, delegating technical tasks to optimize workflow and team development.
• Participate in business development activities, including pursuit interviews, proposal preparation, and fee negotiation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing by developing training materials and participating in TEECOMuniversity.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, making critical design and project decisions while maintaining strong client relationships and securing repeat business.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in telecom/structured cabling design for facilities construction.
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, G Suite, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Relevant certifications: RCDD and CDT required; EIT, PE, and PMP are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multidisciplinary projects in diverse industries such as healthcare, education, and mission-critical environments.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills, with a process-oriented and emotionally intelligent approach to leadership and mentorship.
• Business development mindset with a track record of fostering long-term client relationships and securing new project opportunities.
