SAP S/4 HANA MM IM Lead consultant

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Simple Software Solutions Group, Inc. We are currently looking for a SAP S/4 HANA MM IM Lead Consultant in Florida (USA).

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4 HANA MM and IM modules for a global client base. You will play a critical role in driving end-to-end supply chain solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high system performance. Working remotely with some travel, you will influence business processes and lead large-scale projects in dynamic industry environments, including chemicals and aerospace & defense sectors.

Accountabilities:

• Lead SAP MM module implementations focusing on Purchasing (PUR) and Inventory Management (IM).
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and develop detailed functional specifications.
• Configure SAP MM settings related to vendor management, inventory control, and material valuation.
• Collaborate with teams across SD, WM, and FI modules to ensure integrated solutions.
• Manage data migration, system testing, cutover activities, and provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Continuously improve SAP MM processes and system performance while documenting key deliverables such as BRDs, UAT, SIT, and configuration documents.
• Facilitate workshops, identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders.

• Minimum 15+ years of SAP implementation experience with strong expertise in S/4 HANA MM, IM, and WM modules.
• Proven track record of 1-2 full lifecycle SAP MM implementations, including greenfield projects.
• Deep knowledge of procurement (direct/indirect), inventory management, and 3PL scenarios.
• Industry experience in Chemical and Aerospace & Defense sectors is preferred.
• Certified in SAP S/4 HANA MM highly preferred.
• Strong skills in business process analysis, system design, and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience working independently, managing multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in SAP integration with FI/CO and SD modules.
• Ability to develop and maintain testing scripts and lead end-to-end testing efforts.
