Customer Experience Specialist (United States)

Quince is a retail and technology company focused on delivering high-quality, sustainably made products at accessible prices. The Customer Experience Specialist will represent the brand across phone, chat and email, resolving complex issues with empathy, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes, and contributing feedback to improve processes and product experience.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication with attention to clarity and detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous conversations (phone, chat, email)
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting in a customer-facing context
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and ability to navigate multiple internal systems
  • Time management and prioritization in high-volume environments
  • Empathy and customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email concurrently while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Use empathy and critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and deliver tailored solutions that create positive customer experiences.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks in a remote, unsupervised environment to meet response time and productivity targets.
  • Monitor and achieve key metrics such as CSAT, retention, response time, and productivity.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide actionable feedback to product, ops, and UX teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Work flexible hours including weekends and key holidays (e.g., November and December) as required.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
