Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email concurrently while maintaining quality and speed.
- Use empathy and critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and deliver tailored solutions that create positive customer experiences.
- Manage and prioritize tasks in a remote, unsupervised environment to meet response time and productivity targets.
- Monitor and achieve key metrics such as CSAT, retention, response time, and productivity.
- Identify recurring issues and provide actionable feedback to product, ops, and UX teams to improve the customer experience.
- Work flexible hours including weekends and key holidays (e.g., November and December) as required.
Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
