Senior Manager of Strategic Finance & Operations

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic leader to join our Strategic Finance & Operations team as the Senior Manager of Strategic Finance & Operations. In this role, you will be a driving force in shaping how we grow and scale—building the financial and operational frameworks that guide decision-making, instill rigor, and enable the business to scale with confidence.

You will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover growth opportunities, strengthen efficiency, and ensure operational readiness for our next phase of expansion. From leading strategic finance initiatives, to owning procurement and vendor management, to driving cross-functional programs that elevate scalability, this role combines strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership. This is a high-visibility position with direct influence on the company’s growth, efficiency, and scalability. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Qualified scales—building the financial and operational foundation that enables sustainable growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic finance & operational initiatives that inform decision-making and elevate company performance

  • Partner with GTM, product, and operations leaders to identify and execute opportunities that drive growth and efficiency

  • Own and evolve G&A or key operational systems & processes that will help us scale, such as procurement and vendor management processes, ensuring rigor across finance, legal, IT, and InfoSec

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that strengthen scalability and operational discipline across the company

  • Build models, frameworks, and processes that translate data into actionable insight and strategic clarity

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping financial strategy and supporting operational execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or consulting/operations, ideally within a top B2B SaaS, AI or technology company. Prior experience at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm (MBB), or venture capital/private equity is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • Must have advanced financial modeling alongside top tier Excel/Google Sheet skills; fluency in planning/analytics tools (experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful, or similar) is a plus

  • A strategic mindset paired with a bias for action—comfortable operating from high-level frameworks down to execution in the details

  • Growth-stage agility: proactive, adaptable, and energized by building in a fast-moving environment

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university is required
