Software Application Configuration Specialist with background in industries such as Medical Devices & Pharma.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to practice goals and continuous improvement initiatives technology.
- Engage in business process and/ or technology decision maker discussion related to integration, business value, and business process.
- Knowledge of programming / scripting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software configuration, implementation, or technical support, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with medical device software standards and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, IEC).
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
