Client Service Executive

Client Service Executive – Remote (CT Hours)

12-Month Contract | up to $26/hr | Potential for Extension or Full-Time
Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for client success? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Client Service Executive to join a collaborative team supporting strategic client relationships in the financial services space. This is a fully remote opportunity (excluding CA and HI) with a standard shift of Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CT.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communications and ensuring timely responses between vendors and clients
  • Support strategic initiatives and operational programs that drive client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams via Microsoft Teams and email to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding communications to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Advocate for clients by coordinating service requests and promoting the use of available products and solutions
  • Assist with escalations and contribute to resolution strategies
  • Take initiative to learn new tasks and support other areas when volume is low


What You Bring

Required:
  • 3+ years of experience in a client relationship or servicing role within the financial services industry
  • Proven ability to drive client outcomes and support strategic initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and user-friendly language
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn

Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Basic understanding of AI tools (e.g., Copilot)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project management experience
