The Opportunity
As part of the Information Technology team you are expected to apply analytical skills working with business and product owners to develop requirements and user stories stemming from product roadmaps. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style, and motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 4 years of experience in progressive roles managing IT system/software development and project management processes
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems preferred
- IIBA
- Understanding of requirements from the business perspective
- Understanding of the SDLC activities
- Analyzing business and user needs
- Performing Senior Business Analyst responsibilities
- Applying analytical skills to evaluate business requirements
- Managing the quality and acceptance of vendor analysis
- Developing broad business and application domain knowledge

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
