Responsibilities
- Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for CRM features focused on customer communications and pipeline management
- Partner with engineers and product designer to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
- Use user research, product data, and market trends to make outcome-driven decisions
- Define metrics for success and measure outcomes, not just outputs
- Establish best practices and processes for a newly formed CRM product team
- Communicate priorities and context across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant product management experience in SaaS
