Management Analyst

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Management Analyst to support our client 100% on-site at their location in Bethesda, MD.


The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate staff project’s weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Perform planning functions for project reviews.
  • Attend meeting and draft/generate meeting reports and distribute to the team for review and comment, incorporate comments and distribute final report.
  • Collect and document action items and distribute reports/track action items/action item resolutions.
  • Support the development and updates of project schedules.  Assist in implementation of suggestion and action item resolutions.
  • Analyzing excel financial spreadsheets and word documents.
  • Develop plans and agenda for projects meetings.  Organize and make arrangements for business meetings.
  • Manage senior staff agendas and calendars for division coordination on critical tasks.
  • Review documents for accuracy and timelines.
  • Create presentations/documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Coordinate goal tracking of staff to complete performance plans.
  • Assist leadership with determining action items for task completion.


Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
  • Three years of Project Management experience.
  • Task management for staff workflows.
  • Ability to quickly create documents and response to actions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Powerpoint skills, including preparing and presenting presentations.
  • Experience with entire Microsoft Office/Teams Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project Management).
  • Experience with Sharepoint.
  • Experience with Project Management tools.
  • Experience in a government setting.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills.
 


Candidate will be required to complete a position of trust background investigation.
