Responsibilities
- Identify and implement internal processes to support effective observation of Service Center tasks and mitigate regulatory risk
- Build productive relationships with peer-level partners to resolve issues and maintain program momentum
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop methods for efficient first-line defense (FLOD) reviews
- Create, track, and report on business deliverables and Oversight initiatives
- Develop internal job aids, procedures, and process flows to document Oversight processes
- Assess and recommend improvements to core processes and support implementation
- Own individual results, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvement
- Complete other assigned tasks and support cross-functional projects
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
