Plans PM/Tableau Support
Qualis LLC is seeking a Plans PM/Tableau Support to provide support for our government customer in Hill AFB, UT.
Essential Duties:
- Define project scope and objectives for data visualization and analytics projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with data analysts to optimize dashboard performance.
- Provide guidance and support to teams in effectively using Tableau.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide data support to teams, troubleshooting data issues.
- Utilize Jira to create, assign, and track tasks and issues.
- Maintain an organized Jira project board with clear task descriptions and deadlines.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and team members.
- Support team members by providing guidance, mentorship, and resources.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Proficiency in Jira for task management and workflow automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of databases.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
