Remote | Type: 1099 Contractor | Commission-Only (High %)

You’ll sell recruiting services to clinics, hospitals, health systems, and healthcare companies. Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking a Business Development Executive with a track record of closing deals in healthcare recruiting. If you’ve built client relationships and driven revenue in the healthcare staffing space—we want to talk.


About This Role:

This is a position ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven individual with healthcare BD experience and a strong network. 


? Requirements:

  • Must have experience in healthcare staffing/recruiting sales
     
  • Can show verifiable wins (deals closed, revenue produced, clients landed)
     
  • Strong understanding of roles like RNs, NPs, Therapists, Physicians, etc.
     
  • Based in the U.S.
     
  • Hunter mindset: prospecting, pitching, closing
     
  • Existing book of business (preferred)
     

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close new healthcare staffing clients
     
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
     
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing
     
  • Collaborate with recruiters to deliver results
     
  • Hit and exceed revenue goals
