Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor to financial services customers and partners, engaging with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain executive-level customer relationships to drive platform and services adoption.
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and marketing to articulate technical value propositions and influence revenue growth.
- Provide market and customer feedback to inform product roadmaps and technical architecture decisions.
- Create proof-of-concepts, technical demos, and solution architectures to demonstrate product capabilities.
- Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements to ensure customer success and value realization.
- Mentor internal teams and strategic partners on emerging technologies and competitive differentiators.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred but not required
- Equivalent professional experience in lieu of formal degree accepted
