- Customer-facing experience in SaaS or related industries.
- Basic knowledge of equity management, cap tables, 409A valuations, or stock-based compensation plans.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to simplify complex concepts.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and digital assets is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute technical client implementations and onboarding including complex cap table migrations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and configure their cap table structure, equity awards, and shareholder information accurately.
- Support clients in administering equity plans, ensuring proper data integrity, compliance, and vesting schedules.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to data, platform functionality, and integrations in partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Coordinate with Sales, Account Managers, Engineers, and Product Managers to define requirements, deliver proofs of concept, and ensure solution accuracy.
Education
- Preferred credentials include CFA, ABV, ASA.
